Simmo with tshirt 2.jpg

Roma 2  Carlisle 3
50th Anniversary  T- shirt

Simmo has his. Have you got yours yet?   This nostalgic celebration of one of Carlisle's best ever victories over the mighty Roma on their own patch in the famous Stadio Olimpico in Rome is a must have for all fans.

This was the first time that an English team beat Roma in Rome in a competitive match, and it took another 29 years before Liverpool won in a UEFA cup game.

The shirt has a fantastic design by Jane Jardine, who did our popular Shankly and Jimmy Glass shirts, and features the great Stan Bowles who starred for the Blues in Rome. Here it is with United manager Paul Simpson.

The shirt is priced at £17 which includes a £2 donation to the Alzheimer’s Society in respect to Stan. Click on the link to buy.
